Fir those who know me an follow this blog, I must say that I am happy to tell you that I have made my first step to fitness tonight. I did some crunches with 3 sets with 25 reps. I am a bad girl today with my diet as I ate one bowl of lugaw, one cube of tofu, one suman (small), 2slices of garden fresh pizza, 1 glass of sprite, 1 kfc mushroom soup, 1 kfc fried chicken thigh part, 3/4 large coleslaw, 1 cup hainanese rice, 1 order of kfc spaghetti, 10 pcs cucumber slices, 1 mug of nescafe creamy coffee, 10 pcs sinkamas sticks and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. I am such a renegade girl when it comes to food but I am trying my best to really lessen what I eat perhaps tomorrow I will be better! teehee!... I may also try to download app in my mobile phone for photographing what I eat for every day so that I could manage what I eat. I will do this for 30 days at first then for another 30 and another 30. I am giving myself 90 days to do this. So, I am signing on for my first day.
