Day 32:

Breakfast:
1 cup brewed coffee with 1 tbsp creamer and 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 cup fried rice
1 cup pork tapa

Lunch:
1 cup rice
1 bowl of veggies
1 pack Hi-Ro

Aftie Snack:

4 pcs saltine crackers
2 pcs happy peanuts 6g

Dinner:
8 pcs meatballs (fried)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 big xl pancit canton
1 big oishi ridges 85g
