1/2 fried tilapia (tail part)
1/2 cup rice
1 cup ampalaya with egg
Aftie Snack:
1 ham egg and cheese with two slice cucumber sandwich in white bread
1 180g pica junk food
1/2 pop o popcorn white cheddar snack
1 400 ml brewed coffee with 1/2 cup skim milk and 2 tbsp sugar
Dinner:
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup corned beef
