Day 36:

Breakfast:
2 pcs fried egg
1 thigh part chicken
1 cup cereals
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch:
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup togue veggies
1 bowl lugaw
1 1/4 cup tofu

Dinner:
1 medium size potato made into french fries
2 pcs palm size fish fillet
1 5 inch lenght 1 inch width and 1 1/2 height papaya
1/2 slice sapin sapin
15 pcs fish snack
